Access to our site is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on our site without notice (see below). We will not be liable if for any reason our site is unavailable at any time or for any period.

Accurate Artwork is critical to the production of your products and we will produce final artwork for you, free of charge for the initial design and 2 amendments in total at quote or order stage. Any 3rd or more changes requested will be charged at £15 per amendment.
We require you to supply artwork in one of the following formats, with all fonts converted to curves/outlines:
Adobe Illustrator CS2 or earlier for PC
Adobe Illustrator EPS
To help us supply you with the correct artwork on a ‘first-time’ basis, please take note of the following points that should be included in your request:
1. Spelling and capitalisation of any text
2. Layout of any telephone / fax / email etc.
Pantone colours – we and the factories use the latest Pantone colour charts. Please ensure that any Pantone’s used are from the latest Pantone solid coated guide for spot colour sand Pantone CMYK guide for full-colour printing. In doubt, you should obtain a copy of the full Pantone colour manager software direct from Pantone LLC for reference.
4. Fittings (If applicable)
5. Size and position of any artwork element
6. Planting on metal items (If applicate)
7. Stepping/Layering (if soft PVC items)
This will enables us to turn around artwork for approval withing 1 working day.
Supplying artwork in any other format takes us a lot longer (as it will have to be converted or redrawn from scratch). We require you to provide the fonts for any text in these files, together with Pantone number for colours. We will not start work on these files without this information. Please allow 5 working days for artwork from these files, once we have all the information we need. The charge for working with un-vectored artwork is £15 for hour. We will give you an estimate of the number of hours work required before we start work.
Tools and print screens are kept for 18 months from the last time they were used. Therefore, all repeat orders need to be within 18 months of the last order to qualify for repeat origination costs.
Your requested delivery date.
We will send you our official order acknowledgment as soon as we are able to confirm your requested delivery date. This should arrive with you, by e-mail, within the next 48 hours. If, for any reason, meeting your delivery date is difficult, we will contact you before sending the order acknowledgment to confirm a revised date.
The price of many products includes delivery to 1 UK mainland address. Where this applies it is clearly stated in the product description above. Where it is not, carriage will be charged at cost.
Pro-forma, please note that all initial orders are produced on a Pro-forma basis. To open a credit account after your initial order.
Samples can be provide and will be chargeable, full credit will given once items have been returned in pristine condition or a restock able charge will apply.
